Radoslaw Morzyrko, LKS Lodz’s Sporting Director, said: “Jack is a defensive midfielder who understands the game well and is able to make the right decisions in difficult moments.

“He has character and determination, which are important in building a team. We believe he will be a solid asset to the team in this role.”

Back in January 2021, Patterson became the youngest first team player in Crusaders history featuring at just 15 years and 78 days.

A host of clubs across the water were chasing his signature and he opted to join Everton in 2022.

Ballyclare man Patterson, who started out at Greenisland FC, will aim to play first team football in his new adventure in Poland.
