Central Coast Mariners striker Annalise Rasmussen has joined Italian giants Juventus, with the striker heading to Turin for a club-record transfer fee.
The 20-year-old has been in scintillating form for the Mariners this season and departs having scored 11 goals from 14 matches this season.

Leading the race for the Golden Boot alongside Matildas and Melbourne City forward Holly McNamara, Rasmussen moves to Italy effective immediately.
Rasmussen won the 2024-25 Ninja A-League Championship with the Central Coast Mariners last season and leaves the club having been a proud graduate of their academy system.

“While we’re sad to see Annalise depart the Mariners, this is an exciting opportunity for yet another Central Coast Mariners’ Academy graduate to not only progress her career in Europe, but have exposure on the global stage with a club like Juventus,” said Central Coast Mariners Sporting Director, Matt Simon.

Rasmussen scored a total of 20 goals from 62 appearances for the Mariners having first joined her local club as an 11-year-old.
“I would like to thank everyone involved in my journey at the Club and I’m looking forward to
making everyone proud in this new, exciting journey for me,” Rasmussen said.
“This is an incredible opportunity to test myself against the world’s best and I want to do everything I can to make my family, friends and the Central Coast proud.
“While I won’t be with the girls for the rest of the season, I’ll be following them from Europe
and hoping they can defend the Championship we worked so hard for last season.
The undisclosed transfer fee is the Club’s record transfer fee for a women’s player and sits in
the top five Ninja A-League transfer fees in the competition’s history.
Rasmussen departs the club after Friday night’s brace against Brisbane Roar as she joins
the Juventus for their current Serie A campaign, where Juve sit third, and the UEFA Women’s Champions League Round of 16 where the Bianconere face Wolfsburg in the final 16.
