Everton FAB make ticketing proposals

**Everton’s Fan Advisory Board has made a proposal over future ticketing.**

It was recently confirmed that the club is set to move its timetable for season ticket renewals from December to March in line with standard Premier League clubs.

But ahead of next month’s pricing structure being revealed, the FAB has offered a potential plan to the Blues in efforts to make match days tickets more affordable.

They include a three-year price freeze on all season ticket and general admission tickets to ensure that fans can attend games ‘during challenging economic times’.

The FAB also recommends any increase in the ensuing years are capped at the rate of inflation and carried out with ‘full transparency on calculations and rationale’.

A request for existing corporate and premium seating not to be expanded at Hill Dickinson Stadium at the expense of general seating has also been recommended.

Another suggestion calls for a three-year protection of existing concessions with a review based on fan consultation and feedback determining future policy.

The final point appeals for a minimum £10 reduction on fees for all Forever Blue members in attempts to make the system ‘more affordable and accessible’.

Alongside that, the FAB has floated the idea of a new ‘Forever Blue Access’ scheme which will make the ticketing scheme more affordable to the wider fanbase.

“In the past, Everton has demonstrated its willingness to protect the loyalty of its supporters by ensuring going to the match was affordable,” read a FAB statement.

“As we look forward, we believe it has the opportunity to once again lead the way – by protecting the strategic relationship between club and fans, rather than short term marginal revenue improvement.”
