Nottingham Forest have got a lot of things right since returning to the Premier League.
The recruitment side of things has led to Forest being established in the top-flight for four years and counting, although there is work to do to ensure survival this season.

Forest largely get things right when it comes to signing players, but every now and again, there are some errors made which need to be eradicated if the club progresses in the Premier League.
Now, just days after the transfer window slammed shut, news of another departure has come to light, and this makes a mockery of the deal that Forest did in the summer.

Nottingham Forest to offload Cuiabano
According to Arena Cruzmaltina, Cuiabano is set to leave Forest without kicking a ball for the senior team, with Vasco da Gama set to sign him.
The Brazilian joined Forest along with Igor Jesus and Jair Cunha from Botafogo in the summer window, but unlike the other two players, he remained on loan in Brazil.
Cuiabano has made some appearances for the B-Team since checking in at the club, but hasn’t had a sniff of first-team action despite being spotted in training.
MORE FOREST STORIES
It does feel strange that Cuiabano has not been around the matchday squad with the senior team since signing, with Neco Williams the only left-back.
Now, with Luca Netz checking in from Borussia Monchengladbach, Forest have agreed to loan Cuiabano to Vasco for around £800,000, with the Brazilian outfit holding an option to buy him for around £8 million.
Forest have to learn from this deal
Cuiabano was an exciting addition, at least if his highlight reels from his time in Botafogo were anything to go by, ahead of him signing.
For every Murillo or Igor Jesus signing at Forest, however, there have been a Gustavo Scarpa or a Carlos Miguel to decrease the value of shopping in Brazil.
Cuiabano now looks set to be added to the pile, and much like Josh Bowler and Hwang Ui-jo, it feels as though the left-back will be added to the group of Forest signings to never kick a ball.
