Everton fans did not see a new striker brought into the club over the course of the winter window.
David Moyes has finally seen his two strikers pick up in front of goal, with Thierno Barry netting four in his last six Premier League games.
It has been suggested Everton are satisfied with Barry’s recent run of form, which prevented them from going out and adding another striker.
Some fans will certainly feel more is still needed given the inconsistencies Everton have experienced from their two strikers over the season.
Everton were even linked with a move for Romelu Lukaku over the winter window.

The 32-year-old has remained with Napoli on the back of his injury-riddled start to the 2025/26 campaign.
Replying to a TalkingPoints user, Myers discussed the rumours circling about a possible Lukaku reunion on Merseyside.
If you could bring back Richarlison or Lukaku this month, who would you go for? 👀
Former Everton strikers Richarlison and Romelu Lukaku.
Having heard the speculation, Myers emphatically responded ‘no’ over the topic of a potential return for the Belgian.
Ironically, Barry is studying Lukaku footage to improve his own game following his slow start in an Everton shirt.
However, it would seem there is very little chance of the 32-year-old playing in an Everton shirt again.
Everton should forget about Romelu Lukaku
Everton News understands that Everton were open to signing a striker over the winter window.
The Blues will not just sign players for the sake of it now, though.
Myers’ response was pretty emphatic. And that is exactly how it should be as Everton need to forget about their former striker.
At the age of 32, the Belgian has played a mere 12 minutes of league football this season in Serie A.
Injuries have hindered his season, with his very first appearance coming just over a week ago.
If the Blues were to make a move for the striker, they would be asking for issues when it comes to potential injuries.
