There will already be some Everton players considering their futures on the back of the winter window.
Not a huge amount of business was done by Everton in the market despite some glaring needs.
Perhaps the best piece of potential business was set to be Dwight McNeil’s proposed move to Crystal Palace.
Everton agreed a £20m sale for McNeil, but the deal fell through at the eleventh hour, with a lot of frustration being aimed towards the Eagles.
He was not the only player who was linked with a possible move away from David Moyes’ side over the course of the window.
Deadline day is now done… what’s your thoughts, Toffees? 😬

During his TalkingPoints Q&A session, Myers claimed that Moyes views Iroegbunam as a valuable member of his squad.
“Not as far as I know [interest from Lazio], I think the manager likes Tim, I see him as an important member of the squad,” Myers told Everton News.
The 22-year-old’s importance has become clear as Everton fans did not want to sell Iroegbunam over the winter market.
He may not be starting every week for the Blues, but the midfielder has shown this season that he has a role to play under Moyes.
Iroegbunam’s potential should excite Everton fans
Injuries have gone a long way to providing concerns at Everton about the strength of their squad depth.
However, midfield is one of the areas where Everton now look fairly strong, with some seriously talented young options at Moyes’ disposal.
Harrison Armstrong has really impressed Everton since he returned from his loan stint with Preston North End.
Moyes hailed Iroegbunam after Everton’s loss to Arsenal, which goes a long way to backing Myers’ suggestion that the midfielder is highly rated back at Finch Farm.
Iroegbunam has taken his chances having played a considerable amount of football due to injuries and other absences.
