Kroupi’s strike is up against goals from Ollie Watkins, Harrison Reed, Matues Fernandes, Patrick Dorgu and Matheus Cunha, plus two strikes that came against Bournemouth.

Both were overhead kicks – the first from Joao Palhinha for Spurs in a 3-2 Cherries win and the second from Charalampos Kostoulas to equalise for Brighton at the death in a 1-1 draw in Sussex.

The goal nomination is Kroupi’s second for the month, after he was nominated for the player of the month award, too. Andoni Iraola is up for the manager award as well.
