Successful ballot entrants will be contacted about purchasing their ticket for the final, via a first-come, first-served sales window. Remaining ballot entrants will be held on standby should any remaining tickets be released to them, before we move onto sales phase 3. Please see example communications below:

Members who register for the ballot as a group will be balloted together and the whole group will either be successful or placed on standby. If your application is "Successful", the lead member will be sent a successful ballot confirmation. Following the confirmation, the lead member will also be contacted separately by email to confirm details of how to purchase in Window 2, as per the ticket information page. You will then be able to select seats from within an available area (price band) in the stadium during this sales phase.
Successful entrants will be eligible to purchase from 1pm on Tuesday, February 24, until 1pm on Thursday, February 26. There will be one match ticket per season ticket holder.
On Standby
If your application is "On Standby", the lead member will be contacted by email, and your application will remain within the system should uptake in the previous sales windows not fulfil the allocation, or any further allocation be received from Wembley and the EFL. Should this be the case, a further ballot for these members will be run and those who are successful will be able to purchase in Window 2A as per the ticket information page. You will be able to select seats from within an available area (price band) in the stadium during this sales phase. Please note, for anyone not successful in this window, the lead member will be sent an unsuccessful email confirmation.
