David Moyes was never optimistic about landing any new additions over the winter window, but the drought was broken in the final moments.

Even in his early days at Finch Farm, George has really impressed in Everton training.

The youngster is showing those on Merseyside his speed and skill, with the 20-year-old also linking up nicely with Thierno Barry.
Speaking to the Everton social media team on X, Dewsbury-Hall has waxed lyrical about George following their time together at Stamford Bridge.

“Ty is an exciting player he’s someone who wants to get one-on-one with his man and take him on, time and time again. He’s very good technically and he can link play,” he said.
“He’s a young lad but I know he’ll work hard. He’s someone the fans can get behind and get excited about.”
Moyes has shared his excitement at Everton signing George, with another exciting prospect added to the squad on Merseyside.
Now it is just a question of whether the 20-year-old will be placed straight into the starting XI on Saturday to face Fulham.
