Nottingham Forest are braced for bids for Elliot Anderson during the summer transfer window.
Anderson joined Forest for £35 million from Newcastle in the summer of 2024, and he’s become a virtual ever-present ever since.
Manchester City are linked with a £100 million move for Anderson in the summer, with Manchester United and Liverpool all credited with interest in the past.
With Anderson now a regular in Thomas Tuchel’s England team ahead of the World Cup, bids will be forthcoming for the Forest man once the season ends.

Manchester United want Elliot Anderson’s teammate
Anderson will undoubtedly leave Forest in the summer, and that is pretty much a foregone conclusion.
However, Team Talk have now claimed that United sporting director Jason Wilcox is also a huge fan of Murillo and wants to bring him to Old Trafford too.
The Brazilian defender signed in the summer of 2023 and, much like Anderson, has been largely ever-present since checking in, recently bringing up 100 appearances for the club.
Murillo is likely to attract interest in the summer, with Chelsea previously showing an interest and City attempting to sign him before he joined Forest.

It’s likely to take £80 million or more to sign Murillo in the summer and it does feel unlikely that United will fork out close to £200 million for two Forest players.

Forest will lose Anderson but Murillo isn’t for certain
If Forest do get relegated in May, then both players will undoubtedly leave the City Ground, but if Premier League football is secured, there is no reason why the Reds can’t keep Murillo.
Although the Brazilian is set for stardom in his career, there are still some imperfections in his game.
Decision-making has held him back a little bit, with Murillo making a few mistakes when trying to dribble out from the back in recent months.
Murillo is quality and will go to the top but given the sum that Forest will want to recoup, it’s not quite as set in stone that he will leave as it is Anderson.
