Today marks Time to Talk day, which is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation.
We thought this would be a great time to look at all the work we’ve been doing to support the Premier League’sTogether Against Suicidecampaign.
Working with Samaritans, we produced an incredible campaign video to help reduce the stigma about suicide by encouraging our fans to start conversations with each other or with the Samaritans volunteers who join us every matchday.

On matchday, you can find the Samaritans next to East Reception at the Amex or near the ticket office for our women’s first team matches at Broadfield Stadium. This is an opportunity for you to talk to someone in a quiet, confidential space, should you need to.
We also started an initiative to train 1901 of our fans and members of our community on how to listen like a Samaritan. So far, we’ve trained over 300 people in free two-hour workshops!
The workshops will introduce you to techniques that can be used to help anybody who might be experiencing emotional distress, overload, or even suicidal thoughts.
