Honoka Hayashi has agreed to a new deal with Everton Women that runs until June 2027, with the club holding an option to extend for an additional year.
The Japan international has become a regular in midfield since joining the Blues in July 2024, and in December 2025 she was nominated for both the WSL’s Player of the Month and Goal of the Month awards.
Hayashi told evertontv: “I love playing for Everton and I want to contribute to the team in the next seasons and bring a lot of good results.
*“It is such a pleasure to play for Everton. I am really honoured to play here.*“
With the other Japan internationals joining over the summer, ‘Hono’ said: *“It is very good to have Japanese teammates around. They also communicate with other teammates and are getting used to the team and the environment. Because of that, I think we can use that strength to contribute to the team.*”
