He praised the pair for their work, and said Rayan has been impressive despite not knowing English.
Asked if they are giving the boss a selection headache, Iraola said: “Yes, definitely. I think they are training at their best.

“They should, when you sign for a new team, at least for a month, you should train properly and you should give everything and they are doing it.
“But it's difficult for me because we are coming also from very good results.
“So it's difficult to leave the players that have given us good results now on the bench, but they are decisions that I have to make.”
On how Rayan had settled in since coming across from Brazil, and the role of Evanilson as a mentor for him, Iraola said “I think he's been a big brother, a little bit like Petro [Djordje Petrovic] has been with Veljko [Milosavljevic], because they are also from the same country, a little bit older.

“Evanilson is similar, but I like from Rayan that, even without knowing the language obviously, he's smart.
“He doesn't need a lot of instructions, even in the trainings when we give the 2-3 things that I give him in Spanish, he takes it quickly and I like these things because they are going to be helpful for him.”
Giving a general team news update, Iraola said: “I think it's going to be very similar to the squad we had against Wolves.
“The only player that we can add is Brooksy, but we are still waiting till we train today and see how he feels. But he's the player that I think, if everything goes well, could be in the squad again.”
