Josh Robertson has signed a new contract that runs until June 2028.
The midfielder joined us in from Sunderland in February 2024 and has made 26 Premier League 2 appearances.
Men’s under-21s head coach Shannon Ruth said, “Josh joined us two years ago and has shown his qualities when he has featured.
“He is as a young player that we have high hopes for and we believe this new contract gives him the time he needs to develop after missing a period of time due to injury.
“We look forward to further supporting Josh on his journey.”
The 20-year-old has made ten appearances across Premier League 2, the National League Cup and the EFL Trophy so far this campaign, with six direct goal involvements – three goals and three assists.
