Just in: BBC journalist shares sack update on Sean Dyche at Nottingham Forest after Leeds loss

Nottingham Forest suffered a 3-1 defeat away at Leeds United on Friday night, and BBC journalist Sami Mobkel has claimed that the pressure is building on manager Sean Dyche.

The Midlands outfit are involved in the relegation battle at the moment, and a win for West Ham this weekend against Burnley could see the gap close to just three points. Despite significant investment in the playing squad, Forest are struggling near the bottom of the Premier League, and although Dyche isn't solely to blame, they've shown little improvement under his guidance.

Even in some of Forest's wins of late, Dyche's side haven't looked totally convincing. Forest defeated both West Ham and Brentford in recent weeks, but they were perhaps fortunate to come away with all three points in both of them games.

Sean Dyche Under Pressure at Forest

Reporting for the BBC, journalist Mokbel has claimed that the pressure is building on Dyche at Nottingham Forest following their disappointing defeat against Leeds. Sources indicated that the support for Dyche isn't as strong as it has been previously, especially after losing to a fellow relegation candidate in Leeds.

Evangelos Marinakis certainly isn't afraid of chopping and changing managers, with Dyche the third manager who has taken charge already this season. Nuno Espirito Santo was in the dugout at the beginning of the campaign, before being replaced by Ange Postecoglou.

A third sacking of the season would hardly be a surprise, and Dyche must be worried knowing how brutal Marinakis can be when it comes to making a change in the dugout.
