If West Ham don’t beat Burnley, relegation is deserved

**West Ham’s trip to Burnley has become the biggest game of West Ham United’s season.**

After Leeds demolished Nottingham Forest 3-1 at Elland Road, the Reds are well and truly back in the relegation dog fight.

If the Hammers beat Burnley today, which surely has to be expected. Nuno’s side will be just three points behind Dyche’s Forest.

It would also leave us six points behind Leeds, and also maybe six behind both Crystal Palaca and Tottenham Hotspur who face difficult trips to Brighton and Manchester United respectively.

A win today could make the table look completely different for the Hammers. We were all heartbroken when we bottled that 2-0 lead at Stamford Bridge last weekend, but our hopes will be more than boosted again if we can win this afternoon.

I truly believe we can win today, in fact I believe we will. We are poor, we have been poor all season up to the last couple of weeks, but the fact is Burnley are worse, they aren’t cut out for the Premier League.

If we don’t beat Burnley today then we might as well give up all hope, if we can’t beat either of the 19th and 20th placed teams away from home, we deserve to be relegated.
