There have been a number of former Everton players recently join new clubs over the winter window.
Not a great deal of business was actually done by Everton, with the signing of Tyrique George the only arrival on Merseyside.
David Moyes will now be expecting to be fully backed in the summer window, with a number of positions still needing to be upgraded.
Although there were not any big-name exits from Finch Farm, Everton did see some of their former players get new moves of their own.
James Rodriguez has now joined Minnesota United in the MLS and Ademola Lookman has signed for Atletico Madrid.
One other former Everton player remains on the lookout for a new club and Jack Grealish has sent him a message of support.

Taking to Instagram, the former Everton midfielder shared images of him training solo, which caught the attention of Grealish.
The Everton winger responded with a blue heart emoji and a heart hands emoji in the reply section.
He was not the only Everton-linked player to respond, though.
Alexander Iwobi and Ross Barkley both left encouraging messages for Dele, who is trying to find his feet again in football.
Dele struggled with injuries during his stint at Everton, which saw the midfielder make just 13 appearances for the Blues.
What lies ahead for the 29-year-old remains to be seen.
MK Dons return ruled out for Dele
It has been an unfortunate fall from grace for Dele after his sensational run in north London with Tottenham Hotspur.
Personal reasons have been shared as to why he has struggled so much over the years, but he remains keen to get his career back on track.
A return to his former club, MK Dons, has been mooted over recent days, with their manager, Paul Warne, silencing the speculation.
“There is absolutely no truth to it, unless I leave here and the owner pulls me aside!” he said.
“I’ve heard nothing, I’ve not spoken to him, we don’t know each other, we don’t have phone numbers, there’s no text banter.
