Tyrique George helped Everton record three points on his first appearance.
The 20-year-old replaced Harrison Armstrong in the 69th minute at Craven Cottage with Everton a goal down to Fulham, and the Toffees were 2-1 up just 14 minutes later thanks to a strike from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and an own goal by Bernd Leno.
Not only did Tyrique George inspire Everton to victory and a first Premier League double over Fulham in 12 years, but he also seemed to instil confidence in Vitalii Mykolenko.

Tyrique George may help solve Everton’s problems at left-back
Before the win in west London, the Ukraine international hadn’t provided a single goal involvement in 20 Premier League games this season.
However, it took just six minutes playing alongside George for Mykolenko to notch his first assist of the campaign.
It had been a difficult afternoon for the Ukrainian before the Chelsea loanee replaced Armstrong, having scored an own goal and also received a telling off from James Garner for his sloppiness in possession.
However, Mykolenko looked like a different player after George joined him on the left flank, showing trickery Everton fans have rarely seen from him to confuse Joachim Andersen before delivering a fine assist for Dewsbury-Hall to equalise.

Tyrique George can save Everton millions if he helps to improve Vitalii Mykolenko
Mykolenko sees his contract expire at the end of the season, and the way he was playing, it felt a mystery as to whether Everton would extend his deal.
Releasing the 26-year-old would require The Friedkin Group to dip into the transfer market and spend on a new left-back, which is hardly ideal when David Moyes also has a lack of options at right-back and in the striker department.

However, if George can build on this partnership with Mykolenko and they become something of a modern-day Steven Pienaar and Leighton Baines, it could save the Toffees a fortune this summer seeing as Everton have an option to buy the Chelsea loanee too.
