Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall was Everton’s saviour on Saturday with his sensational performance in the second half.
With their manager watching from the stands, Everton needed a senior figure to take the game by the scruff of the neck.
Dewsbury-Hall was that man at Craven Cottage and he put on a massive second half showing for his 62-year-old boss.
David Moyes must have been delighted with how the second half went as Dewsbury-Hall’s goal got the Blues going in the game.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall issues Everton message to the Premier League
Dewsbury-Hall was praised for his display against Brighton last weekend and it was another influential showing at Craven Cottage.
Having scored the equaliser, Dewsbury-Hall then saw his corner knocked home by Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno for an own goal.

Speaking to BBC Sport after the game, the Everton midfielder is pleading with the Premier League to award him the goal.
“That is twice that has happened to me this year but I saw my mate Noni Madueke got a goal last week for pretty much the exact same thing,” he said.
“I’m pretty sure the corner was going in so if he’s punched it into his own net, maybe the Premier League will be nice enough to give it to me.”
Three points immediately took Everton up the table into seventh spot, with those European hopes taking a real boost.
Dewsbury-Hall has been a revelation for Everton
With the Everton strikers not exactly firing on all cylinders this season, it has been so important that players like Dewsbury-Hall have been able to chip in with some goals.
Losing the midfielder to injury for around a month was a huge blow for Moyes.
He has offered so much as he’s also shown his leadership skills away from the pitch.
Dewsbury-Hall has urged Everton fans to back Tyrique George on the back of his move earlier in the week.
This is exactly what Moyes needs from his senior players – albeit he is still 27 years old – if Everton are going to make a European push.
