With the winter window now wrapped up, Everton will already have an eye on the summer transfer market.
No excuses can be made when the summer comes around after what was a quiet winter window for Everton.
Everton News columnist Alan Myers admitted he expected more signings for Everton during his recent Q&A session over on TalkingPoints.
There is still a lot of football to be played and Everton’s season could still offer a lot with only a handful of points separating the Blues and the European spots.
David Moyes wants to take the club to European qualification and he now has almost all of his players fit and available to do that.

The Senegal international has admitted he is fully focused on his time at Everton, with a number of years still on his contract.
However, there were some comments made that have established the winger’s aspirations for the near future.
How much would it take for Everton to accept a bid for Iliman Ndiaye? 💷

“As long as I’m at Everton, I’ll always give my best for them. And I want to achieve things with Everton, starting with this season and getting into Europe,” said Ndiaye.
Of course, the 25-year-old made it clear that he has the ambition of reaching his goals on Merseyside.
But it must be recognised that he has the ambition of playing European football, nonetheless.
Coming into his prime over the coming years, there may only be so much time in which Ndiaye is willing to wait before he demands to be playing his football on the European stage.
Ndiaye has interest from all over Europe, with Inter also believed to have the Senegal international on their radar.
The Friedkin Group will now have to show their support of the manager when the summer window opens up for business later in the year.
European football is still very much on the cards for Everton this season, but more could have been done over the recent window to narrow the gap.
Moyes said Everton’s owners were backing him in the window despite failing to make a single permanent signing.
If Everton are to pull off a small miracle and secure themselves European qualification, then the Friedkins are going to need to drastically improve the squad on Merseyside.
There is no doubt that Everton have some real star quality in their side, but recent months have demonstrated how a few injuries can completely derail their form.
A big opportunity is there for Everton to push for European football over the coming years, but they may need to take their chance if they are to keel ahold of Ndiaye.
