Glasner on his squad's character heading into Brighton

Following Sunday’s game at Brighton, Palace host the current Premier League bottom two – Burnley and Wolverhampton Wanderers – at Selhurst Park.

But Glasner added: "I think it makes no sense, thinking about the run of fixtures. Now, it's just focus on what we want to do.

“A win usually is the result of a consistent, good performance over the entire game, and we should focus on this and then get the results.

“For me, it feels in every game we're not far away, but we are missing a few parts. Sometimes we're making mistakes where we concede, then we're missing chances. I think in some bits we are progressing, set-plays, doing better and better.

“There is no formula or no button we can press. It's really the work on the pitch. Having the squad back… it’s different if you train with 12 or 13 players, or you train with 20 of your squad. This is what we could do this week.

“All this stuff will help us to play better and better, and come closer and closer to our best shape.”
