David Moyes is treating some of his Everton players in a questionable manner this season.
Adam Aznou is yet to play a single second of Premier League football for Everton following his £8m move from Bayern Munich in July, despite impressing in his 34 minutes of the FA Cup defeat against Sunderland and also despite the fact Vitalii Mykolenko has hardly shone at left-back.
Merlin Rohl is another who has hardly played with just two Premier League starts so far this term, and the German might be starting to have doubts over David Moyes after what he just said about Tyler Dibling.
How can Tyler Dibling actually turn things around at Everton? 🤷♂️
It's going to need some turnaround from the youngster 😫

David Moyes tells Tyler Dibling to take his opportunities – but Merlin Rohl has been ignored after doing exactly that
In a passionate outburst, Moyes has just warned Dibling that he must improve if he wants to make it at Everton.
Among many other comments, the Glaswegian said: “He needs to show (what he has) when he gets the opportunities.”
However, Rohl will surely be questioning whether Moyes is a man of his word.
The Everton No.34 recently delivered an immense performance at Villa Park as the Toffees recorded a 1-0 win over Aston Villa, on just his second Premier League start of the season.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Rohl’s first start also saw Everton beat Nottingham Forest 2-0 at the City Ground, but despite an aggregate score of 3-0 in games the Germany U21 international has started and impressed in, Moyes has not rewarded him.
Ever since that win at Villa Park, the 23-year-old has been left on the bench for clashes against Leeds and Brighton, not even getting the chance to play five minutes or so in either of these games.
Rohl also failed to feature in the 2-1 win over Fulham.
Moyes will quickly lose the faith of his younger players – and possibly his older players too – if he keeps telling those on the fringes to take their chances, only to ignore them when they do exactly that.
James Garner has already warned David Moyes to reward strong performances
As aforesaid, Aznou is another young talent who Moyes has largely overlooked this season despite that 34 minutes in the FA Cup, where he shone despite the defeat on penalties.
After the Morocco international won a penalty against the Black Cats and performed well overall, James Garner called on Moyes to give the 19-year-old more chances to reward him.
The Everton No.37 said: “We need people to – when they do get the chance – to take the chance, and I think Adam was very good when he came on. So, I’m hoping he can get a few more minutes now and kick on and I’m hoping the rest of the lads can as well because we need them.”
Aznou surely has to be handed more minutes after THAT display…😫
He showed more in his cameo than Mykolenko has all season

Nobody on the fringes will be able to “kick on” with dribs and drabs of game time, so Moyes needs to make sure he is delivering his side of the bargain when a fringe player like Rohl does impress.
