A chef loved by Leeds United fan favourites will soon open a new restaurant in Leeds city centre.
Lattawan Buchanan, better known as Chef Fern, is set to expand her food empire with the launch of Tori Nori. Work is currently ongoing ahead of the new Leeds city centre.
The upcoming opening will be based in the former Old Red Bus Station in Vicar Lane. The venue closed in January 2025.
Chef Fern oversees Fern Modern Sushi in the Central Arcade. As we’ve previously reported, Fern Modern Sushi has received visits from Leeds United fan favouries.
Recently, the Central Arcade venue has received a visit from former star Kalvin Phillips. Current squad member Daniel James, 28, posed for photos with staff at Fern Modern Sushi during a visit.
