Leeds United had plenty of stars in their Premier League win over fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest as they weaved past the Midlands club with a comprehensive 3-1 victory.

Troy Deeney full of praise for Jayden Bogle
Deeney named Jayden Bogle in his latest Premier League Team of the Week for the BBC. The former striker highlighted the defender’s role in the 3-1 victory. Deeney pointed specifically to Bogle’s work upfront, highlighting his adaptability across different roles this season.
“Jayden Bogle was excellent going forward. He has played a number of positions this season for the team, but I thought he was excellent in the 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest,” Deeney said. “He was a real outlet down that right side, which is obviously huge for them and a massive three points for being safe and staying up.”
Bogle’s performance backed up the praise. He scored the important first goal, showing composure to finish a move he started with a forward run, with the defender netting his first goal in the Premier League for the Whites.

James Justin has earned plaudits recently for his performances at right-wing back, but Bogle’s against Forest was another reminder that Farke has the luxury of deploying two quality players in that position.
