Against the Hammers on Saturday, Parker switched things up by playing a back four – but it failed to have the desired effect, with the visitors scoring both of their goals during the opening 45 minutes.
The change only lasted the one half, as Parker reverted back to the back five at half-time.
James Ward-Prowse will come into Parker’s thinking as he mulls over changes, now available after being ineligible to face his parent club at the weekend.
