Manchester United confirmed 20-man squad members vs West Ham tonight with key player missing

Man Utd face West Ham United in the Premier League fixture on Tuesday night and here is the early team news.

Manchester United have been handed a fresh injury scare ahead of their trip to face West Ham in the Premier League on Tuesday night.

Michael Carrick has won his first four matches as United head coach and will hope to make it five in a row when they make the trip to East London tonight. The United squad travelled to the capital on Monday afternoon, with 20 players spotted as they boarded a train at Stockport station.

There was some good news after Bryan Mbeumo was spotted at the train station, after he had been spotted limping away from Old Trafford following the weekend win over Tottenham Hotspur. The Cameroon international will be available for selection against West Ham, though it looks like another first-team player might miss the match.

Yoro not spotted in West Ham squad

Manchester United travelled to London at the start of the week, with 20 squad members confirmed for their upcoming clash with West Ham.

Michael Carrick has already confirmed his side will be without Matthijs De Ligt, Patrick Dorgu and Mason Mount for the trip to the London Stadium and none of them were spotted at Stockport train station. There was also no sign of Leny Yoro, though there is still no confirmation of whether he will be available for selection or not.

While it would be highly unusual for a player to be involved if they did not travel down with the rest of the first-team squad, we won't get an official reason until the United team arrives at West Ham on Tuesday night. The 20-year-old has been an unused substitute in three of the first four matches under Michael Carrick, with his only appearance coming from the bench in the dramatic win over Fulham.

Yoro has actually made more appearances for United this season than he did across his debut campaign, but is one of the biggest losers from their recent change of formation. The French youngster was always more likely to get playing time as part of a back three than he does in a central defensive partnership under Carrick.

Manchester United confirmed travelling squad vs West Ham: Bayindir, Heaton, Lammens; Maguire, Martinez, Mazraoui, Heaven, Dalot, Shaw, Malacia; Casemiro, Ugarte, Mainoo, Fletcher, Fernandes; Amad, Mbeumo, Cunha, Zirkzee, Sesko.
