Jack Grealish has revealed he will be out for the remainder of the season following surgery on his left foot.
Grealish, who is on loan at Everton from Manchester City, sustained a stress fracture in January.
The England international had become a fan favourite at Everton, and said he "absolutely loves representing this club".
But he has confirmed he will not play for Everton again while on loan - however speculation has grown over a proposed permanent move or another loan next season.

Confirmation of the operation denies Grealish an outside chance of making Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for the 2026 World Cup being held across US, Canada and Mexico.
The 30-year-old posted a picture on Instagram in his hospital bed giving the thumbs-up.
He wrote: “Didn’t want the season to end like this but that’s football, gutted.
“Surgery done and now all focus on getting back fit. I know for sure I will come back fitter, stronger and better than before.”

Jack Grealish has formed a good partnership with fellow Englishman Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in this new-look Everton side.
He joined the club on loan after struggling for game time at Manchester City, four years after signing for Manchester City from Aston Villa in a record-breaking £100 million deal.
The Toffees are in the hunt for the Premier League European positions largely thanks to their excellent away form.
Grealish added that he'll be "backing the lads all the way and doing everything I can to get back as soon as possible."
