Thierno Barry endured a frustrating night for Everton on Tuesday.
The Everton No.11 let his teammates and David Moyes down against Bournemouth, missing several fantastic chances which allowed the Cherries to battle back from 1-0 down and win 2-1.
James Garner was even left visibly stunned as the Frenchman failed to convert from a few yards out, after Djordje Petrovic spilled a long-range free kick right at his feet in the 30th minute.
The frustration appeared to be getting to Thierno Barry just minutes later, as the striker lost his cool with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
HOW on earth have Everton ended up losing that? 😡

Thierno Barry irritated as Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall fails to deliver
The 23-year-old was isolated in the opening 45 minutes against Bournemouth, making only seven passes as he failed to get into the game.
It was not for the want of trying, however, as Barry often made runs in behind, only for his teammates to seemingly ignore him.
One particular run went ignored by Dewsbury-Hall in the 34th minute, which left the France U21 international visibly annoyed as he waved his arms up in frustration and jumped around.

Having scored a crucial equaliser for Everton last time out at the Hill Dickinson Stadium to earn a 1-1 draw against Leeds, Barry was clearly eager to be the hero once again, but things simply didn’t go his way when Bournemouth came to visit.
Thierno Barry blunder against Bournemouth was almost the equivalent of a missed penalty
After Barry – who is working with a private coach – squandered the rebound from Garner’s effort, Sam Blitz of Sky Sports reported that it was almost as bad as if he had missed a penalty.
He said: “That Thierno Barry miss has been given a xG total of 0.72 – to put that into perspective, a penalty, so a free uncontested shot at goal from 12 yards, is 0.79 in terms of xG.”
The miss seemed to get inside Barry’s head.
He went on to squander another incredible chance to score in the second half as well before Beto replaced him in the 63rd minute, and looked distraught on the bench with his head in his lap as Bournemouth fought back to win 2-1.

It will act as a brutal lesson for Barry, one he hopefully learns from quickly.
