Opinon: Andoni Iraola spotted something about Everton that really doesn't reflect well on David …

Everton have a lot of questions to answer over the coming weeks as their home form continues to disappoint.

David Moyes has seen his side play yet another game at the Hill Dickinson Stadium without picking up three points.

There are a number of different factors that contributed to the loss on Tuesday night for Everton.

After the game, Moyes made his frustrations with Thierno Barry clear following his missed opportunities.

Everton were just not good enough at times despite taking the lead after an encouraging first half display.

What is going so wrong at the Hill Dickinson Stadium for Everton? 😳

It is now less than one win in every three following the loss against Bournemouth… 😤

However, Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola did notice something about Everton that does not reflect very well on Moyes.

What Bournemouth noticed about Everton’s style of play

Moyes was furious with the referee having seen Bournemouth’s second goal stand despite the offside claims.

It was an eight-minute spell that undid the Blues, but there was something Iraola was particularly proud of his side for overcoming on Merseyside.

Speaking to TNT Sports after the game, the Bournemouth manager shared what he’d noticed about Everton’s style of play.

What would your message to David Moyes be after another loss at home? 😫

He seemed fairly pleased with his players despite the defeat 😬

“You have to show personality and make things happen,” he said.

“They are very direct from [Jordan] Pickford, from every free-kick and we survived well but I don’t feel happy and pleased with the performance like I was in the last games.”

Everton have never done the double over Bournemouth and that wait is going to be taken into next season now.

It is a damning verdict from the Bournemouth manager, who is clearly sharing what kind of football this Everton side are playing under Moyes.

Everton have added some real quality players over recent months, but playing this type of football is not getting the best out of them.

Moyes is excited to see what Tyrique George can do for Everton despite withdrawing him after the hour mark.

Lumping the ball forward is not going to see the likes of George show their true potential as they want the ball at their feet.

Clearly, George did not particularly impress against Bournemouth, but it has to be questioned whether he was given the chance to show his quality with Everton’s style of play.
