Sunderland are in elite company across Europe's biggest leagues, with the Black Cats joining Juventus, Napoli, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Dortmund as the only sides still unbeaten at home this season.
Arsenal, Manchester City and Aston Villa have all failed to pick up three points on Wearside, and Le Bris piled the pressure on Liverpool by saying they "need to win" after their damaging weekend defeat to Pep Guardiola's City.

While Liverpool won the Premier League title last season, Sunderland finished 24 points adrift of Championship winners Leeds before going up through the play-offs.
But a win tonight for the Black Cats would draw them level on points with Liverpool in the Premier League table!
Le Bris said: "We know that the level of confidence is high at home because probably we are a bit more front-foot.
“It’s really important to be brave, to be ambitious, and to use this energy from the crowd to generate momentum, to sustain momentum, and to create danger.
“It’s (home record) important, but if we lose a game it won’t mean that it’s finished. It’s possible and I would like to keep this sequence alive."
Liverpool are playing catch-up in the battle for the Champions League spots and Le Bris says it will be a "problem" for the reigning champions if they fail to win on Wearside.
He said: “These are the rules at that level. You know that you have to win and Liverpool have to win against Sunderland.
“We are a newly promoted side, if they don’t win, it’s a problem for a top-six team. But we’ll make it hard. This is the life at our level and you have to accept the rules.
“Arne Slot is good. You can’t coach at that level if you are not a top manager. After that, every manager in his journey has to face different problems, different clubs, different histories, different environments.
“I don’t exactly know the situation in Liverpool, but I know that it’s tough. They are getting better and they are strong. They have a few injuries, but the manager is really good, they are Liverpool, and it’s a must-win for them once again. It's a tough and exciting challenge."
