Head coach Sean Dyche has named his Nottingham Forest team to face Wolverhampton Wanderers in tonight’s crunch Premier League clash.

There is plenty at stake at the City Ground this evening. The Reds’ top-flight status and Dyche’s future at the club are hanging in the balance, and this evening’s game could be decisive on both fronts.

A dismal 3-1 defeat away to Leeds United last time out ended a four-match unbeaten run in the league for Forest. It represented another opportunity squandered to pull clear of danger.

Since then, their cushion above the drop zone has been cut to just two points ahead of kick-off. And it could have been worse but for a late equaliser by Manchester United against West Ham United on Tuesday night.

The 18th-placed Hammers have found a bit of form of late, and the Reds really need to do the same. The outcome tonight could also be crucial for Dyche’s job, amid some suggestions he could face the axe if his team do not beat the bottom-placed side.

Forest were without injured centre-back Murillo and suspended left-back Neco Williams at Elland Road. The latter has returned to the line-up this evening, but Murillo remains absent.

Dyche has made three changes to his starting XI from last Friday night. Williams, Omari Hutchinson and Lorenzo Lucca have come in for Zach Abbott, Nicolas Dominguez and Igor Jesus.

Ahead of goalkeeper Stefan Ortega, Williams will take his place at right-back, with Ola Aina switching back to the left after playing on the opposite side against Leeds. Morato will once again partner Nikola Milenkovic in Murillo’s absence.

Ibrahim Sangare and Elliot Anderson will make up the midfield. Hutchinson will join Morgan Gibbs-White and Callum Hudson-Odoi in providing attacking support for front man Lucca. The bench will be made up of Angus Gunn, Taiwo Awoniyi, Dan Ndoye, Dominguez, Jesus, Ryan Yates, Jair Cunha, James McAtee and Luca Netz.
