The Clarets were initially due to take on Oliver Glasner’s side at 7.30pm, with the game being aired on TNT Sport.
However, Burnley’s team bus was caught in heavy traffic on their way to Selhurst Park. It’s estimated they were stuck for around an hour.
Scott Parker and his squad, who flew down to the capital this morning, have now arrived in South London, but the warm-up only got underway at around 6.50pm.
As a result, kick off has been pushed back to 7.40pm.

Premier League match centre tweeted: “Kick-off for this evening’s Premier League match between Crystal Palace and Burnley will be delayed by 10 minutes to 7:40pm, due to heavy traffic delaying the arrival of the Burnley team coach.”
