Frida on Leuven win, Kim's 400 and more

Frida Maanum was heavily involved in Wednesday's 4-0 win away to OH Leuven.

Our Norwegian attacker twice got on the scoresheet following crosses from Caitlin Foord as we dispatched the Belgian outfit with aplomb to create a big advantage going into next week's second leg.

After the match, Frida said: "For us it was important to get the win today and I think we showed up from minute one and stressed them from the beginning and we got the win, which is the most important thing.

"Caitlin's good on the wing playing those balls in, so it's easy to play in front of the goal!"

Report: OH Leuven 0-4 Arsenal Women](https://www.arsenal.com/fixture/women/2026-Feb-11/oh-leuven-women-women-match-report?utm_source=arsenaldotcom&utm_medium=embedded-article&utm_campaign=news)

It's an encouraging run of results we're on at the moment with five wins in a row in all competitions, so what does Frida put that down to?

"I think we're quite consistent in our performance," she said. "That's where it comes from and then, obviously, a clean sheet today again, which was really nice.

"I think we're just humble about every task we get and focus on every game and then reset and go again."

All of our players were asked as they boarded the plane to Belgium on Tuesday how they would describe Kim Little ahead of her 400th appearance, and Frida reflected on that magnificent milestone.

"That's incredible," she said. "She's been at the club for ages, so she's a legend of the club."

Lastly, Frida commented on the fantastic support overseas, with Den Dreef almost feeling like more of a home ground at times.

"We love to play in front of our fans," she said. "They're the best fans. You see them out there today. We can hear them through the whole game and we love to play at Boreham Wood as well, so yes, we'd love to see them back again."
