Everything you need to know about Arsenal's injuries and possible return dates before Brentford clash...
Kai Havertz: The forward is set to be sidelined with a muscular issue, according to recent reports, after missing a significant portion of the early season. He is expected to miss several upcoming fixtures but could potentially return to action later this month.
Bukayo Saka: Saka sustained a hip injury during the pre-match warm-up for the Leeds clash, forcing him to miss the last few matches. Mikel Arteta claimed he was checking on the fitness of some stars before the match, with some hope that the winger might be fit enough to feature in the game against Brentford.
Martin Odegaard: The club captain is currently managing a minor injury that has kept him out of recent matches. His fitness will be assessed immediately before the Brentford match to determine if he can lead the side, but he is closing in on a return.
Leandro Trossard: Trossard is another member of the squad dealing with a relatively small physical setback. Like several of his teammates, he is being monitored for a potential return during the upcoming clash with Brentford.
Mikel Merino: Merino is facing a lengthy recovery period after undergoing successful surgery on a fractured bone in his foot. He is expected to be out for a few months, with the goal of returning before the season ends.
Max Dowman: The youngster has been unavailable for months following an ankle injury sustained earlier in the year. While he is finally nearing a comeback, Arteta has confirmed he is not yet match-ready and will miss out against Brentford.
