Leeds made the best decision to stick with Daniel Farke
In late November, Leeds United were in poor form and could not pick up a point to save their lives. They briefly entered the relegation zone, with media reporting that Daniel Farke would be sacked by December. But the Leeds boss changed his tactics and team selection; turning things around for the team. Since December, the Whites have picked up the most points out of all the teams currently in the bottom six of the league.
Credit must also be given to the 49ers for not pulling the trigger at that point in the season. As seen with Nottingham Forest, sometimes hiring and firing coaches when the team is in danger is not a guaranteed solution.
