Everton have brutally hit back after seeing Fulham’s Kenny Tete go unpunished for pulling the hair of Antoine Semenyo.
On Wednesday evening, Everton witnessed Tete go unpunished for exactly the same incident that Michael Keane was shown a red card for just weeks ago.
Keane was sent off against Wolves for allegedly pulling the hair of striker Tolu Arokodare.
Speaking to Everton News, Mark Clattenburg agreed Keane should have been sent off against Wolves as he sided with the letter of the law.
Although it is a decision which Everton strongly appealed, it set the precedent for potential future incidents involving the pulling of the opposition’s hair.

Clearly, not every referee had got the memo as referee Paul Tierney allowed an identical incident to slide.

Everton are rightfully disappointed to see yet another decision go against them which other clubs simply do not get punished for.
Moyes shared his anger at the referees on Tuesday night after he saw yet another of his players sent off against Bournemouth.
Red cards have been an issue for Everton this season, but a number of those have come down to questionable decisions by the officials.
Premier League officiating standards need to improve
Moyes will surely be looking for answers as to why Keane was sent off against Wolves and how Tete has escaped without a caution.
There is no doubt that the 62-year-old will be asked about the incident during his next press conference at Finch Farm.
The standard of refereeing has been criticised this season and Moyes was clearly left annoyed again on Tuesday after Bournemouth.
Moyes hit back at the officials for Keane’s red card last month, which will likely see him even more frustrated after seeing what unfolded at the Etihad Stadium.
