Jo Potter on Aimee Everett, the strength of the WSL2 and taking on Birmingham City

Finally, Potter looked ahead to Monday's trip to St Andrews in Birmingham, a game which is sure to be pivotal in the race for promotion.

She said: "It's going to be a tough game. We beat them previously at home.

"They're going to want to be trying to make that right and turn that around, and we need to go for them.

"The more points that they get on us, the further away they get - so, we need to make sure that we're concentrating on us.

"We also always give the opposition full respect because they've got a brilliant squad.

"They've spent a lot of money, and so they've got a lot of expectation on them but we're going to go out there and look to do what we're always doing."

You can be there to back Palace Women on the road, with tickets still available for Monday evening's game at St Andrews.
