Toti has not featured for Wolves since the reverse fixture at the Emirates Stadium shortly before Christmas because of a hamstring injury.
The club captain has missed the last 12 games in all competitions, but has returned to training in recent weeks and is targeting the Crystal Palace game at the weekend for his comeback.
Hwang, meanwhile, has sat out the goalless draw with Nottingham Forest and the FA Cup fourth round win over Grimsby with a calf issue sustained in the 3-1 loss to Chelsea at the beginning of the month.
Speaking ahead of his side’s clash against the league leaders, Wolves boss Rob Edwards confirmed the pair will play no part at Molineux while delivering the latest team news.
“There's a few that are feeling it, I don't want to go into detail on who,” Edwards told reporters in the pre-match press conference.

“We'll make a couple changes anyway, and maybe a few others.
"Toti is doing well and trained, we're hoping he's fit for the weekend. Hwang is doing individual work at the moment."
Wolves were narrowly beaten by Arsenal back in December with Yerson Mosquera putting through his own net in stoppage time to deny the visitors an unlikely point on the road.
Wolves have managed to win a game since - beating West Ham 3-0 at home in January as part of a four-game unbeaten run in the league.
However, they’ve lost three of their last four in the league, scoring once and remain rooted to the bottom of the table, a massive 19 points from safety with 12 games remaining.
