West Ham FC were the biggest winners in the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) Second Division on Monday when they rallied to a comfortable 3-0 win over JSC Progressors at the Johnson’s Sports Complex.

West Ham opened the scoring in as early as the third minute via a Jahmarley Barzey conversion. Just five minutes later, Anderson Herbert made it two-nil when he struck from close range. Jonte Wyre sealed all three points for the visitors when he struck in the 85th minute. West Ham moves to 13 points and 11th in the 20-team standings while Progressors remain on seven points and 16th in the table.

There was victory as well for Urlings FC who managed a one-nil triumph over Earthquakes FC at the Fort Road Community Field. Derrick Price scored the lone goal on the clash when he netted in minute 32 to lift his team to 17 points and ninth in the standings. Earthquakes remain on eight points after 12 matches.

Also on Monday, Liberta Blackhawks picked up their first win in 10 matches as they beat Glanvilles FC 3-2 to move to four points and third from bottom on the standings. Ironically, Blackhawks fell behind in the 11th minute when Jordon Raymond struck for the home team at the Glanvilles playing field.

Malique Martin drew Blackhawks level shortly after, scoring in the 14th minute of play to record his first in a hattrick of goals. A 23rd minute penalty kick from Roshane Burton, however put Glanvilles back in command in the 23rd but two more from Martin, who struck in minutes 66 and 78, sealed the welcomed win for Blackhawks.

On Friday, North Coast FC had the better of Belmont FC 1-0 with the lone goal coming from Mario Lewis in minute 58.
