Leeds United have packed out Elland Road in the Premier League this season.
The Whites are 15th in the table with 30 points on the board after 26 games, six points clear of the relegation zone. 22 of those points have come at home, with the Elland Road crowd raising their levels every single week to help their players get over the line and one step closer to booking another season in the Premier League for 2026/27.
Leeds’ famous old ground has been packed out every week, with their 36,714 average crowd the highest the club has enjoyed since the 2002/03 campaign, according to Transfermarkt. But how does it stack up against the rest of the Premier League?
Premier League average attendances: How do Leeds United compare to rivals?

Leeds’ average crowd is enough to place them nicely in mid-table, just behind the likes of Aston Villa and Chelsea, but ahead of Brighton, Nottingham Forest, Wolves and others.
Of course, Elland Road only holds a maximum of 37,645, with the 931 shortfall likely made up largely of spaces left for crowd segregation, some empty spots in the away end, and a small number of fans not showing up on the day. In short, if Leeds do finally confirm plans to expand the stadium, they are absolutely certain to continue filling it at a higher capacity.
There are no surprises at the top of the Premier League attendance table, where Leeds’ rivals Manchester United are averaging 73,981 at Old Trafford. Below them are West Ham United in their unpopular but huge London Stadium, while the top six is completed by Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City.
