Forest missed out on a place in the top eight of the league stage, which means a last-32 game to join the big boys in the round of 16.

Vitor Pereira will take charge of Forest for the first time after replacing Sean Dyche, with the Portuguese boss previously managing Fenerbahce on two occasions.

The winner of this tie will face either Real Betis or Midtjylland, with the Reds facing both clubs in the league stage of the competition, drawing in Seville and losing at home to the Danish outfit.

The first leg of the Europa League knockout play-off tie between Nottingham Forest and Fenerbahce is on Thursday 19th February.

The game is at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium, with kick-off at 5:45pm GMT.

The big question mark comes over Murillo for the trip to Istanbul.

The Brazilian has sat out the last two matches, and it’s not clear whether or not he will be fit to return for this one.

Omari Hutchinson, Lorenzo Lucca, Stefan Ortega and Jair Cunha have all been added to the Europa League squad and will now be available for selection.

It will be a team of officials from Switzerland taking charge of the game in Istanbul.
