Union Saint-Gilloise star Promise David has reportedly attracted interest from the likes of Leeds United, Sunderland and West Ham United.
The 24-year-old has taken an interesting route to prominence having plied his trade in Croatia, Malta and Estonia before his arrival in Belgium in 2024.
He has gone from strength to strength with Union SG, who he fired to a Belgian Pro League and Belgian Cup double last season.
His strong form has continued into the current campaign, with the Canada international’s goal tally for the season standing at 15 after 36 outings.

Leeds United among clubs linked with Promise David
According to TEAMtalk, David’s exploits have drawn interest from England. Leeds are said to have sent scouts to watch the marksman in action, while Sunderland are said to have done the same.
West Ham, however, are thought to be pushing hard to secure the signature of David ahead of rivals.
The report has also suggested David has been watched by Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion.
West Ham are believed to have engaged in initial talks, although David is not thought to have been keen to swap Champions League football for a relegation battle. Discusssions could, however, go differently if the Hammers can secure their Premier League status.
Leeds United’s frontline
Leeds made two shrewd additions to their frontline last summer, signing Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha on free transfers following their respective departures from Everton and Wolfsburg.

If Leeds go out and sign another forward at the end of the season, doubts over Piroe’s future will only intensify.
David would arguably add a different dimension to the Leeds attack as although Calvert-Lewina and Nmecha are strong in the air, neither possess the towering physique of the Canadian marksman.
Standing at 6ft 5ins, David is renowned for his physical prowess as well as his keen eye for goal.
