Newcastle host Manchester City in the last 16 while Sunderland travel to face either Bristol City or Port Vale. Both games will be shown live on TNT Sports 1.
Newcastle's game will take place on Saturday, March 7 at 8pm.
Sunderland will travel to either Vale Park or Ashton Gate on Sunday, March 8, with the game kicking off at 1.30pm.
