West Brom manager Eric Ramsay is under pressure after less than six weeks in charge of the club following defeat to Coventry on Saturday, GIVEMESPORT understands.
The Baggies were beaten 2-0 by Frank Lampard's side after two first-half goals at the Hawthorns, leaving the team just one point above the relegation zone and with no wins in 2026 in the Championship.
Now the board are considering making another change in the dugout to try and avoid relegation to League One, despite Ramsay only having eight games as manager following his arrival from Minnesota United in the MLS back in mid-January.

Ramsay signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with West Brom last month, but so far in his eight games as manager the club have picked up just three points, scoring only two goals and failing to win any of the fixtures.
The 2-0 defeat to Coventry means the club have still not won a Championship game since December 29th, when they defeated Queens Park Rangers 2-1 at the Hawthorns.
The club made the decision to sack Ryan Mason following a 3-2 defeat to Middlesbrough, which made it ten consecutive defeats away from home at the time.
Ramsay was someone the board considered appointing in the summer following the departure of Tony Mowbray, who was sacked in April after a run of poor results after he took over from Carlos Corberan, who joined Valencia mid-season. But the club instead opted for Mason, who struggled in his first senior role in management before his own departure.
Former midfielder James Morrison has been used as an interim manager on two occasions previously, following both Mowbray and Mason's sackings, and it's possible that he could take up that role once again should the board decide to make a change.

While Ramsay joined with a good reputation, having worked as a coach at Man Utd and led Minnesota to consecutive playoff semi-finals, many were surprised by the club's decision to appoint him considering their position in the league table.
Former central defender Curtis Davies admitted that he expected a more 'tried and tested' manager to come in at the time, while appearing live on Sky Sports.
"You replaced a project with a project," he said.
"At this stage of the season when you've got a West Brom side, who notoriously are in and around the playoffs, they're not in that position and that was based on Ryan Mason's contribution at the start of the season.
"You've got rid of Ryan Mason, who was a project, and you almost expected a tried and tested, somebody to just calm the storm and keep them up. They've gone for another project, again, he's worked at Man Utd and Chelsea, yes, but in terms of working in first-team level in English football, he hasn't done it so far."
