It was by no means a thrilling goalless draw in the capital, as both sides had chances but weren’t able to convert.
Match report and reaction:
The Daily Echo rates the Cherries players.
Djordje Petrovic: 9
A couple of superb saves to keep the Cherries in it, notably in the opening moments from a Hammers corner and then from a Callum Wilson flick in the second half. A good performance and a deserved clean sheet.
Adrien Truffert: 7
The Frenchman dealt with Jarred Bowen well and had a couple of bright moments in attack.
Marcos Senesi: 7
Senesi skippered the side and helped them to a clean sheet. One moment where he gave the ball away cheaply and conceded a chance that would have reflected poorly on him had West Ham scored.

James Hill: 8
The fine form of the defender continues at the heart of the Cherries defence. Hill has grabbed his opportunity with both hands and he was excellent again, making a couple of crucial interventions to deny the hosts.
Alex Jimenez: 6
A decent performance from the Spaniard who was booed for the entirety of the game after some early engagement with the home fans.
Tyler Adams: 6
A solid showing from the American as he played his first game for the Cherries since returning from injury. Valuable minutes in the legs for Adams as he looks to build game time in the remainder of the season ahead of a home World Cup.

Alex Scott: 8
Scott continues to impress in midfield and was again often involved both going forward and defensively for Andoni Iraola’s side. Had a couple of good moments carrying the ball forward in particular.
Amine Adli: 6
Adli produced a decent performance but he would have hoped to have more of an impact on the game, especially considering the impact made by both David Brooks and Marcus Tavernier when they came off the bench.
Junior Kroupi: 6
As with Adli, a quiet game for the young Frenchman. He had a couple of nice touches in the Cherries’ build up play, but he wasn’t able to make the impact he might have liked on the game.
Rayan: 7
A similar game for the Brazilian to Adli and Kroupi in that there were parts of the game where he was kept quiet. But he produced the best attacking moment of the game for Bournemouth with an outstanding run from midway through the Cherries half to the edge of the Hammers box and hitting the post with what would have been a sensational goal had it gone in.

Evanilson: 6
The Brazilian was as busy as usual in the Cherries press but he was unable to have a real influence on the game as Bournemouth saw much of the possession and he wasn’t able to make the difference for them.
