Tyrique George came off the bench in the 73rd minute during Everton’s defeat to Manchester United at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
David Moyes controversially started Harrison Armstrong on the flank instead of the Chelsea loanee, who joined on transfer deadline day.

George was introduced after Man United took the lead through Benjamin Sesko, and he immediately made more of an impact in 17 minutes than Armstrong did throughout the whole game.
In fairness to Armstrong, the teenager is being played out of position and it’s becoming quite apparent that he should be playing as a central midfielder.
Anyhow, George was constantly driving forward with intent and tested Senne Lammens with a great strike late on.
He certainly sent a clear message to Moyes.
Tyrique George shows David Moyes why he must start for Everton
As evinced by George’s Sofascore statistics below, the jet-heeled wide player was heavily involved in his short time on the pitch.
He made six carries in 14 minutes, which amplifies his eagerness to make a difference in the final third.

The England under-21 international will have made a big impression on Moyes, who must be more adventurous in his team selections moving forward.
The Scotsman seems to be very reluctant to give young players a chance, just look at Tyler Dibling for example.
Despite arriving in a £40m deal last summer, Dibling has been given just four Premier League starts this season.
Regardless of his inconsistent performances, that’s quite simply not enough game time to prove his worth or find any sort of rhythm.
The same goes for Adam Aznou. In fact, the Morocco international hasn’t even been given his Premier League debut yet.
One thing on George’s side is that he’s shown more in his substitute appearances, so surely he’ll make the starting line-up for the Newcastle United game this weekend.
