Jarrad Branthwaite has urged Everton’s forwards to take their chances following another defeat on home soil against Manchester United.
It was yet another loss at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Monday evening, with David Moyes’ side left rueing their missed opportunities.
Everton’s form at the new stadium is proving a real problem for the Toffees, having not won a game there since early December.
The Blues registered 12 shots, but never really troubled Senne Lammens between the sticks for the visitors.

Jarrad Branthwaite urges Everton to take their chances after Man United loss
Finding the back of the net has been a real issue for Everton this season, with only Wolves, Nottingham Forest and Sunderland scoring fewer than Everton’s 29.
Speaking to Premier League productions after the game, Branthwaite shared his frustrations over Everton’s missed opportunities.

“We feel very unlucky. We have dominated most of the second half and put lots of balls into the box and created chances. Putting those chances away is something we need to get better at,” said Branthwaite.
“One lapse of concentration on the counter attack and they have scored. It is the winning goal. We have come in disappointed because we deserve more from the game.”
Just a couple of days earlier, Branthwaite hailed Everton’s quality, as he admitted the club must target European qualification.
Following their defeat against the Red Devils on the Liverpool docks, it is clear the Blues still hold some real issues when it comes to putting the ball in the back of the net.
Everton need more from Thierno Barry
The irony is that Branthwaite’s comments cannot even be applied to Thierno Barry on Monday night as he did not even have a shot.
Everton need a lot more from their summer signing in front of goal, with his recent run of form clearly already at an end.

Alan Shearer believes Everton need a better striker if they are going to achieve their goal of qualifying for Europe.
The stats on Monday evening were damning, but it will not surprise many Evertonians to see Barry struggle once again.
