The climax to the Champions League qualification race promises to be thrilling.
Aston Villa lead the pack, behind Arsenal and Manchester City, but Manchester United are well and truly breathing down their necks after a stunning revival under Michael Carrick, while Chelsea and Liverpool are also in the hunt.
There are some truly monumental matches on the horizon, with Unai Emery’s side set to face both United and Chelsea in March.
It’s fair to say Chelsea are approaching a decisive run of fixtures because on top of heading to Villa Park, they also have Arsenal and Manchester City coming up.
In stark contrast, Liverpool’s next set of matches sees them largely facing teams in the bottom half of the table, which could present an opportunity for the champions to pile on the points.
