Although it hasn’t been a prolific campaign for Amad Diallo, scoring just two goals thus far, the Ivorian remains a key player for Manchester United.

Michael Carrick has started Amad in his first six games since returning to United as head coach until the end of the season.

Amad has now revealed some valuable insight about his teammates, with the Ivorian calling out Leny Yoro for always being late for training.

The 23-year-old also named Joshua Zirkzee as the funniest teammate and Bryan Mbeumo as the worst cook and best person to sit beside as a travel companion to matches.

Amad Diallo stats in the Premier League this season

It has been a difficult season for many United players, including Amad.

Ruben Amorim shoehorned Amad into the team as a right wing-back earlier this season, but he has been pushed further forward under Carrick.

The Ivory Coast international can play on the right or left flank, but he was seen interchanging with Mbeumo against Everton and appeared in a central role in the opening minutes of the game.

With two goals and two assists in 1,711 minutes played, Amad has started 20 of the 21 league games he’s featured in.

Amad has had a total of 36 shots with an xG rate of 4.2.
