Igor Tudor will be looking for his first points as the new interim Tottenham Hotspur boss as his side travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham on Sunday.
The Croatian was angered by some aspects of Spurs’ performance in the chastening 4-1 defeat to arch-rivals Arsenal at home. It was not an ideal start to life for the 47-year-old as the Tottenham boss, and the manner in which the Gunners tormented his side has already led to some pundits questioning his appointment.
However, Igor Tudor is perhaps now convinced about the task at hand in N17, and he will be hoping for a better showing against Fulham, having had another week to work with the squad at Hotspur Way. The Cottagers, who are 10th in the table, head into this fixture on the back of an excellent 3-1 away win over Sunderland. Having beaten Spurs away in north London in November, Marco Silva will be keen to complete a league double over their London rivals.

Samuel Chukwueze is the only real doubt for Fulham, and the winger will be assessed ahead of the game. Sasa Lukic has missed the last six games with a hamstring injury, but he is back in training and could be involved against Spurs.
As for Tottenham, skipper Cristian Romero will serve the third of a four-game suspension this weekend, owing to his straight red card at Old Trafford.
Richarlison returned to action on Sunday, coming on as a substitute against Arsenal after being sidelined for more than a month with a hamstring injury. Fulham’s confidence levels must have been boosted after a fantastic 3-1 win at Sunderland last weekend. Silva will be looking to build on that win against a low-on-confidence, disjointed Tottenham side that got battered at the hands of Arsenal last time out.
Looking at their head-to-head matchups, Fulham has emerged victorious in three out of their last six meetings with Tottenham. Spurs are desperate for points to widen the gap between them and the likes of Nottingham Forest and West Ham. Tudor’s side, boosted by the return of Porro and Danso will improve, but given they are winless in the league in 2026, coupled with the Cottagers’ strong home form, the scales are tipping to a home win.
Nonetheless, it is an opportunity for Tudor and Co. to bounce back from NLD humiliation and prove their mettle. Our boys have to produce a performance out of their skins to beat Fulham.
